Hobart Low Temp Door Type Dishwasher, 37 Racks/Hr

Hobart's LT-1 Low Temp Dishwasher is designed to wash effectively at a lower temperature, therefore requiring less energy to heat the water. This dishwasher features all stainless construction including the tank, chamber, doors and frame and can process up to 37 racks per hour using only 1.7 gallons of water per rack. The dishwasher is field adjustable from straight to corner operation. A top mounted control box features an on/off switch, a drain/fill switch, cycle light, counter, and deliming switch for cleaning. The all stainless steel, interchangeable upper and lower wash/rinse arms are easily removable without the need for tools for ease of cleaning. An external strainer pan is conveniently located for operator inspection and cleaning. The pump strainer is self-flushing and made of perforated stainless steel. Closing the doors activates the wash cycle through the door cycle switch. Detergent is injected during the wash cycle, after which, the machine empties the wash water into the external scrap accumulator while the flush cycle flushes the water systems of any remaining detergent. The machine fills for the rinse/sanitizer portion of the cycle. During this time sanitizer and a wetting agent are pumped into the machine. After the rinse cycle is complete, the rinse water is retained for the next wash cycle.
